Since 1989, Merit Hotel Group has exclusively focused on the acquisition and development of hospitality properties in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Projects have included the following brands: Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Choice and Best Western. Merit has developed hotels for third parties and has owned and operated independent boutique hotels, too.
